Gave up smoking in work today, successfully, go me.
Enjoyed the beautiful weather again by sitting out after dinner, going for a drive across the sand to Coney island (where we say piles of hares [and a really cute baby one!] and had a quick pottle on the beach).
Sat out and had a beer on the deck when we got home.
Watched Battlestar, which was just fantastic.
Realised upon exiting our recording of Battlestar that it was 11:38, eep!
Off to brush me teeff…

No smoking at work is a great step! Excellent.
Beer on the deck is what makes warm weather worthwhile. Wait, no … That would be scotch and a cigar on the deck. Never mind.

Thanks guys, day two without smoking in work completed successfully. Only had 2 ciggies today! (okay, they’re 100’s size put out a few times, gross, but that’s how I cut back..)
